White House NSC Coordinator John Kirby said that Russia has been using ballistic missiles provided by North Korea. Kirby said that due to the sanctions and export controls, Russia has become increasingly isolated and has been looking for help from "like-minded" countries. Kirby said that they expect Russia to acquire further missiles from North Korea in the near future.
