No need to compromise, whether you like fudgy or cakey brownies the Mini Smart Oven's Bake function can do it all. Follow our easy instructions for delicious baked treats.

Instructions:
1. Turn the Function dial to Bake. For brownies it is best to use the middle rack position.
2. Preheat the oven to 350°F. To select the baking temperature, press the Temp button and use the arrows to adjust the temperature.
3. To select baking time, press the Time button. The LCD screen will show the recommended time for this function and you can adjust this if needed using the arrows.
4. Cut baking paper large enough to reach the edges of your baking tray and position the tin in the middle of the oven.
5. Once the oven is preheated make sure to place the tray in the center of the oven and press Start/Cancel button to begin baking.
6. When your brownies are ready, use a skewer and check that the batter is cooked to your liking.

Top tip: If you want to crisp the top of your brownies a little more, use the A Bit More button to give them an extra boost without burning or overcooking.
