A few weeks into testing the new Black Fencer Steel arming sword model known as the 'Scout'. This particular example has a custom cross guard and etching, but is in blade and handling the same as the standard model. It is used by Esther (left), against Nick, who is using a Hanwei Tinker Arming sword.
Though sword and buckler is not one of our main focuses, we do practice from Manciolino (Bolognese tradition), as well as spar very often with this combo.
