Umar Gul lived up to his reputation as a stump to stump bowler with a stunning display of conventional and reverse swing bowling,destroying England's middle and lower order to claim 6-42,his career best ODI figures and 2nd 5 wicket haul in ODIs.
After going for 10 runs in his first over,he came back with 2 wickets for a total of 36 runs in 7 overs in his first spell.He then claimed 4 wickets for 6 runs from 3 overs in a hostile second spell,finishing with overall figures of 10-0-42-6 to shatter England's 3-0 hopes.
