Two summers ago we installed Rustoleum's Restore to our deck only to find shortly after it peeling up in several places. When we attempted to remove it all we found that in some areas it came right up, while others it wouldn't come up at all (doing its job). To remove the remaining Restore we came up with a special Restore removing formula: boiling water and a simple scraper.
