CNBC's Larry Kudlow, director of the National Economic Council, said in an interview with CNBC's Becky Quick at the Economic Club of New York that President Donald Trump is not satisfied with the China trade talks and that announcements on China trade will come soon, but we are still awaiting "serious talks" with them.
