The full-scale prototype of the ASKA™ A5 eVTOL drive & fly vehicle debuted at CES Las Vegas, January 5-8th, 2023. It was a milestone for our company and the many people who support ASKA and share our passion for air mobility. ASKA™️ A5 is advancing with the Federal Aviation Administration Type Certification Process. The A5 has the distinction of being the world’s first flying car to start the type certification process with the FAA.
The ASKA™️ A5 prototype has been awarded Certificate of Authorization (COA) and Special Airworthiness Certification by the FAA. The Special Airworthiness Certificate confirms that the vehicle has successfully met all FAA safety requirements. This will significantly boost our progress with the type certification process and also expanded flight testing.
