ASMR has really changed my life. I live a stressful life dealing with youth and parents and needless to say the pressure can get real. It becomes so stressful that sleeping at night even gets hard. Two sleepless days in a row starts to do some terrible things to the body. After discovering ASMR videos, I have figured out a great routine to my sleeping habits. It's absolutely relaxing to the body and it's FREE.
