8 oz mayonnaise
16 oz sour cream
8 oz water chestnuts, chopped
10 oz chopped frozen spinach (cooked, cooled & squeezed dry)
Knorr vegetable recipe mix

Mix that all together in a bowl and let it sit in the fridge for at least an hour, but preferably overnight. Add to a pumpernickel or sourdough bowl or just serve from the bowl with chips and veggies! YUM!!
