Healthy Chicken Satay 👇🏻
So easy, tasty and a healthier alternative to a takeaway. Recipe taken from our recipe ebooks located on our members only website but here is the recipe for you guys on here. I adjusted the recipe with almond milk. You could also replace the meat with a meat substitute.
✅Mini chicken fillets
✅Tablespoon of nut butter
✅Good pour of light soya sauce
✅Fresh lime juice
✅Almond milk ( I don’t measure, I just go by consistency) or high protein plain yogurt if I thought of it!
✅Garlic power
✅I didn’t have Coriander to add to it but I would add it if you have it.
I didn’t leave the chicken to Marinate, I just threw it straight into the air flyer for 15mins turning the chicken every few mins.
