This diwali try this traditional sweet recipe which is made from chickpeas flour and semolina.

Ingredients:
Chickpeas flour 2 Cups
Fine semolina 1 Cup
Sugar 2 Cups
Ghee 1 Cup
Mava 100gm
Cardamom powder 1 Tsp
Mix dry fruits

Procedure:
Roast the semolina with 1 ladle of ghee on pink color & take it out in a plate
Roast chickpeas flour on brown color with ghee added gradually
Add roasted rava in a roasted chickpeas flour mix it well
Add mava in it. mix it well and swich off the flame
Make a one string sugar syrup with 2 cups sugar and 1 cup water
Add this hot sugar syrup in burfi mixture mix it well
Let it cool down for 15 min and then pour it in a greased plate to set burfi
Let it cool down completely to set burfi and cut burfi in a shape you like.
