With the PRIMERA LX610e you can uniquely print and cut any shape self-adhesive labels as well as print on pre-cut label rolls as usual. The LX610e is ideal for prototyping any size or shape labels for products and packaging as well as making short runs of each label in exact quantities needed for each item.
In this video we show how simple it is to load your artwork that can be any shape.
With the CreatePro version of the software pressing a 'TRACE' button will automatically find the outside edge of your label artwork no matter what shape, creating a unique custom cut line shown in red. Then the LX610e will not only print the labels at photo quality higher than any print works can achieve, but it will also cut out the labels ready for use.
It's possible to add face cuts within the label outer edge cut to create say windows or fancy decorative shapes or tamper evident cuts that will ensure the label self destructs if removed.
