Circuit protection for low-voltage power systems is absolutely critical. Phoenix Contact’s CBMC product family is electronic, multi-channel, and programmable for 24 V DC applications.

In this video, we demonstrate how easy it is to program individual channels. The CBMC comes in a standard 1-10 A version per channel, as well as a 1-4 A version—an NEC Class 2 approved product. The product is also preconfigured from the factory to whichever ampere settings you want for each channel.

Transcript: - Circuit protection for your low voltage power system is absolutely critical. This is a Phoenix Contact CBMC series of product. It's electronic multi-channel programmable for 24 volt DC applications. Most customers do not want to have to stock multiple part numbers of circuit breakers. One of the nice features of this product is that the individual channels are programmable. So to enter the programming mode, I simply depress the LED button, hold it for a couple seconds, and then it will blink back at me the ampere rating that it's currently programed for. One, two, three, four. So it's currently set for four amps. So if I wanna change that, I simply push it one, two times. It will confirm by blinking back at me twice, one, two, and then to set that point, I just again hold it in for a couple seconds, release the button, and now that channel's set at two amps. The CBMC comes in a couple different versions. There's a standard one to ten amp version per channel, and in addition to that, there's a one to four amp version, which is an NEC class two approved product. The product is also pre-configurable from the factory with whatever ampere ratings you want set for each channel.
