There is no BIOS / UEFI setting for fan speed, instead you have to get to it through IPMI! This guide takes you through every step necessary (and some that aren't) to get the fan speed set the way you want. If you have a standard Windows 10 install on your Hyve Zeus, you can simply run command prompt with the Windows IPMICFG (with Admin permissions) and skip booting into DOS.
