In this video, I will show you how to get from your life pod to the Degasi Deep Grand Reef sea base (with coordinates.) Will this seabase unlock the secrets of the Degasi? One thing's for sure, it's deep, dark, and full of creepy sea creatures.
The Degasi Deep Grand Reef Seabase is a pre-built base that can be found in the Deep Grand Reef biome, at a depth of around 350m. The base is in poor shape and abandoned having been built and used by the Degasi crew.
The base is composed of several compartments including living quarters, a laboratory, and a storage area. You can explore the base to find resources, such as food and water, and also find several logs from the Degasi crew members, which can give you a better understanding of the story and the fate of the Degasi crew.
The base is also home to a number of hostile fauna so you should be prepared to defend yourself when exploring the base. Pick up the PDA and you'll earn yourself the achievement: Seamonsters.
You must have a Seamoth or a Prawn Suit and constantly be aware of your oxygen needs.
Coordinates: -646 -490 -940. It can be a little tricky to navigate to this location due to floating debris and islands.
