Municipality of Sibulan is a second class municipality in the province of Negros Oriental, Philippines. Sibulan is a small and peaceful town center of Negros Oriental.
When getting to Sibulan you just have to ride a minibus called “Easyride'' from Dumaguete City. It takes about fifteen minutes to reach the Sibulan proper and it costs about fifteen pesos.
The famous tourist attraction in Sibulan is the "Our Lady’s Garden" or known as “Mama Mary's Garden”, where the big statue of Mother Mary overlooks the water of the Tanon straight and the island of Cebu with her protective spirits, and on the other side of it the majestic mountainous landscape of Negros Oriental can be seen. Mama Mary's Garden opens from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
