It was a long and tough week for our mechanics but very productive, too! Finally, we are more than happy because servicing and repairing small things on the v10 Bi-Turbo did not result in the engine removal. Some of you know that for these cars, it is a “must” for most of the repairs.
Some small coolant leaks were found and taken care of during the checkup. As usual, more imperfections were diagnosed and fixed during the servicing process. Issues that were addressed:
- various coolant leak fixes
- small oil leaks behind the intake manifolds
- oil cooler leaks and various hoses replaced
Fortunately, there are still OEM parts available for this V10 beast!
