Yes, I know it is NOT a Ka-Bar. It is a US military issue Ontario ASEK (Aircrew Survival Egress Knife) issued to all US military pilots and aircrew.

It is known by some as a Mini Ka-Bar because it looks just like a smaller version of the Ka-Bar...your mileage may vary.
