The DA will now be laying criminal charges against Mayors and Municipalities failing to provide electricity supply while residents continue to pay.
It is unacceptable for ordinary South Africans to be inconvenienced and left in the dark by failed governments.
We stand with the residents of Bethal and all South Africans affected by the rolling blackouts.
