The failure of two high-voltage cables in Beunos Aires plunged more than a million homes into darkness on Wednesday night. The blackout was just one more headache for Argentines who are already fed up with inflation, crime and attempts to change the Constitution. And some of them are planning to stage the largest anti government protest in Argentina since President Christina Kirchner first came to power five years ago. Adam Raney reports from Buenos Aires.
