Pulau Tioman is a beautiful tropical island with villages surrounded by blue clear sea and dense jungle. Mersing is located about 4.5 hours drive from the capital, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia or 3.5 hours drive from the neighbour country, Singapore. Relatively easy access by ferry from Mersing Jetty. Ferry takes about 2 hours to get to this paradise. This is one of the best island for wonderful diving plus abundance of nature activities, jungle trekking, waterfall visit, kayak, SUP etc. And this is the only one east cost island in Penisular Malaysia with local villages and locals living on the island. Plus point, you get to experience local culture while travelling.
