Jean-François Manzoni is the Nestlé Professor of Leadership and Organizational Development at IMD, where he is also the President. Over a series of four more video vignettes brought to viewers twice-weekly, Jean-François will develop four insights inspired by his experience over the last two months, helping to steer IMD through pretty challenging times.

In this introductory video, he gives a taster of the four topics to come and explains how they are intended to be helpful insights, but also to stimulate viewers’ own reflections on their experience over the last few weeks, including what they learned about themselves, their teams and leading in a crisis.
