As part of the SEND Workforce Development Programme we visited three colleges - Chichester, Derby and Myerscough - to examine their strategic priorities for inclusion.
We spoke to leaders, governors, managers, tutors and learners to discover the impact strong leadership can have in creating a whole-organisation approach to improving outcomes for learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
