☆ MEAT KABSA ☆
Ingredients:
1 kg meat, boiled
4 cups rice
1/2 kilo onion, sliced
1/2 kilo tomatoes, cut in quarter
1 cup carrots, julienne
3 tbsp red sweet chilli
2 cups capsicum, julienne
2 pcs whole dry lemon
2 sticks cinnamon stick
5 pieces cardamom pods
2 pieces vegetable stock
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 cup dala palm olien
Salt
Preparations:
1. Wash rice and soak for 30 minutes, drain.
2. Fry onion with red chilli, capsicum, dry lemon, carrots and vegetable stock, stir until soft.
3. Boil and Add spices and meat, stir well then add tomatoes, simmer, cook until tomatoes and meat is tender.
4. Add rice, pour hot hot water carefully, close and simmer, cook for 45 minutes or until well done.
5. Pour rice over serving plate and serve hot.
