In this episode of LEGAL SHOTS, we have discussed the limitation of filling the case of cheque bounce. Within 30 days you need to send the legal notice for the cheque bounce. Then wait for 15 days to receive a reply from the opposite party. If you are not satisfied with the reply or haven't received any reply from the opposite party then you can file a cheque bounce case within 30 days in court.
