In this video I talk about my experience working with a bank vs a mortgage broker. After realizing that every bank and credit union is different, with different lending rules I transitioned everything to a mortgage broker to take care of my portfolio. Since working with a mortgage broker I have been able to scale my portfolio by over 200%. That's why i don't work with banks.
