JOHNSTOWN, Pa. -- A Cambria County man is in jail and accused of stealing from his neighbor who died months before.
Dana Curry just moved into an apartment on Michigan Avenue in the Riverside neighborhood of suburban Johnstown three days ago.
On Tuesday afternoon, Curry was walking out in handcuffs with police facing charges of burglary, theft, trespassing and receiving stolen property.
"It didn't add up right, and I knew If I was wrong, I would at least know I was wrong, so I had to give it a chance and call police and let them sort it out," Charles Kuruzovich said.
Kuruzovich is a vendor at Value-It in Richland Township.
Kuruzovich said he encountered Curry Tuesday afternoon around 1 p.m. when Curry brought items in to be sold, but said something did not seem quite right.
"He had a lap top he didn't know the password to, and he emptied a bag of jewelry
