In this video I will show you how to install Windows 95 on a Solid State Drive (SSD) without using a floppy drive or boot disk or disk management floppy of any kind, we will be using a THICC Compaq Armada 7730MT Laptop from 1997 for our testing and explanation purposes.

Laptop Specs:
Pentium MMX 166 Mhz
80mb Ram
32gb Kingspec PATA SSD
S3 Aurora 64V+ 2mb graphics card

The Bios on this model is actually limited by default to 8gb, so to bypass that issue watch the video, back in the day you'd probably use a floppy disk with some kind of partition magic tool to reformat the second partition to fill the rest of the drive, but I'll show a modern approach instead, since we are doing this without any floppy drive.
It actually takes a notably long time to get things ready for it to install windows 95 without a floppy disk, around an hour of time was spent trying to figure out how to do it properly.
Things you will need:
Windows 98 Install disk (preferably OEM)
Burned/back up copy of Windows 95 C/B with usb support

If you do everything correctly that I did in the video, you should have windows 95 running on a partitioned SSD, in a computer without a floppy drive, and be able to get all the drivers added via usb stick
and also be able to mount ISO images with daemon tools to run games without even a cd drive.

Windows 95 on a Solid State Drive boots very fast considering the age of the hardware, beating even an ipad in boot time.
It is still a very usable operating system, if you happen to be a college student I highly suggest using it, word 97 runs like a dream
the 166mhz pentium mmx might hold a student back in terms of using the internet, but, doing pretty much anything else that a normal person would need is doable, and with flash drives you can still easily transfer data from it.
however, giraffe is not a normal person, and his RX 580 died so he made this video while they RMA it.
