On July 8, 2024, FINCEN updated the BOI Report FAQ page, confirming that your business needs to file the FINCEN BOI Report if your business closes in 2024. In order for your non operational business NOT to file the BOI Report, your business needed to file Articles of Dissolution before January 1, 2024.
