Healthier Chicken Avocado Wrap 😈
For 4 Wraps:
2 lbs Chicken Breast
1 Tbsp Cajun
Salt according to cajun sodium levels
Cook until 165-170F internal, slice after resting 5-10 minutes
2 avocados
4 slices turkey/beef bacon (airfry or bake on a rack for 20 mins at 350F)
1/4 cup light mayo
2 chipotles in adobo sauce
1/2 zest and juice of lemon
Optional: arugula , tomatoes , pickled jalapeños
