Hide your kids, hide your...puppies? Once Upon a Time season 4 is getting ready to introduce a new villain, and if she doesn't scare you, no evil thing will! TV Line reports that Victoria Smurfit has been cast as Cruella De Vil, the famed villainess from 101 Dalmations, and rumors are she'll be introduced into Storybrooke's storyline during the winter finale.
