Today Kelly walks us through a basic formula for selecting the proper tippet size. This is in no way a fast and hard rule, but a general suggestion that should work in all scenarios. There are factors that can bend this rule a bit, for example if your fishing dirty fast water you can always size up your tippet 1-2 sizes.
