I've been planning to give a tour of Vlaardingen for a long time now, so it's about time this running tour was made. I often run in the outskirts of Vlaardingen where there are nice green areas, but today it is straight through the center of town.
Some history of Vlaardingen, some of my history with Vlaardingen and the most famous sights of the city all in one 14 minute tour. It took me a little longer tot run it of course, but in a course of 10K you can see most of the city's sights. No broekpolder where I normally run though, but I got some park in with of course plenty of animals.
