What did Briana and Terry want from this renovation
✅. Extension to the front and rear of the house. This enlarged the living area and Kitchen. We created a massive deck over looking the beautiful Forster Keys and another on the front of the house to catch that northerly aspect.

✅. Fully rendered externally
✅. Extra large garage
✅. New floor coverings
✅. Replace the roof tiles with sheet roof. Additional tie downs were required due to the change in roof weight.
