And as the industrial action by the National Association of Resident Doctors bites hard, a group, National Association of Seadogs is providing free medical services to rural dwellers in Ogwashi-UkuAniocha, South Council Area of Delta State.
They say it is their own contribution to bridging the healthcare gap in rural areas.
