This is a dynamic warm up I use pre-workout.
A proper warm up of the full body will help prevent injury, increase range of motion and is when I mentally prepare for my weight lifting session. If I’m feeling extra tight or working out first thing in the morning I’ll complete two warm up videos, back to back.
