GUACAMOLE
2 large avocados
2 roma tomatoes, diced
1/4 red onion, finely diced
*jalepeno, deseeded & finely diced (optional)
juice of one lime
salt & pepper to taste
Mash avocados with lime juice, salt and pepper. Add in tomatoes, onion, and jalepeno if using. Mix well and ENJOY!
