Lithuania does not ruin the project, because five ministers from Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Finland signed a memorandum and in this memorandum it is specified that European track should reach Vilnius. However, the previous government, when it ordered a study of opportunities, it somehow did this study till Kaunas and from Kaunas there were considered two tracks -- Panevezys and Siauliai. And somehow this task was either forgotten in the study of opportunities, or was not formulated.

Reporter asks if Prime Minister agrees upon track through Vilnius.

I think that the track should reach Vilnius as our capital.
