It’s the moment we’ve all been waiting for as APHA comes to Denver, Colorado, with attendees gathering from across the country, both in-person and virtually. We’ll be bringing you some of the highlights from the meeting, including interviews with featured speakers, prominent public health figures, as well visiting centers around the country doing really innovative work in the field.

On the show today we’ll join APHA Executive Director, Dr. Georges Benjamin, for a warm welcome to this year’s annual meeting, Speak to Dr. David Grossman about APHA’s new partnership with Kaiser Permanente, Visit the centers at the forefront of Violence and Injury Prevention research, and talk to with CDC Director, Dr. Rochelle P. Walensky on her thoughts about the current state of public health.
