Annie's has a vegan Mac and Cheese that I forgot to mention I tried - I found it to be the least appealing out of any dairy free Mac on the market :( yucky
For the Baked Mac & Cheese I used Daiya cheese shreds, earth balance butter, cashews, garlic, onion, hot water, as well as bread crumbs and lots of seasonings! (;
