In this 25 minute guided mindfulness and non duality meditation we work our way through several layers of mind. Starting with the fundamental development of concentration to settle the wandering of the busy mind, then easing into a guided mindfulness meditation in which we simply notice the passing of all objects as they arise and leave and finally dropping back into an open awareness or 'mindfulness of no object' , sometimes called effortless mindfulness by teachers such as Loch Kelly and meditation on the self by others.
It can be used for various purposes - to work through a busy, stressed or anxious mind and find sine calm; to explore deeper layers of consciousness or simply to help with sleep or insomnia.
