In this video, I'll show you how to install a Language Pack in Windows 7 Professional. This lets you change the Display Language of Windows.
Microsoft does not officially let you change the Windows 7 Professional Display Language, but the process to change Windows 7 Professional's Language is very easy.

Command 1:
dism /Online /Add-Package /PackagePath:C:\lp.cab

Command 2:
bcdedit /set {current} locale en-US
(Replace en-US with desired language code if necessary)

Command 3:
bcdboot %WinDir% /l en-US
(Replace en-US with desired language code if necessary)
