With a culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, a stint at the Michelin Starred restaurant WD~50 in New York and an internship at the famed Thomas Keller restaurant The French Laundry under her belt, Katherine Humphus was a shoe-in for the Executive Chef position at Bo-beau kitchen + bar. A native San Diegan, her first food service job was as a hostess at another Cohn Group Restaurant, The Prado in Balboa Park. Soon after she started she knew it wasn't for her and asked to be moved to the kitchen where she quickly excelled and decided to further her knowledge with schooling. She's come full circle... now at the helm of this new bohemian (BO) beautiful (beau) french bistro.
