The 17th Indian Ocean Rim Association Council of Ministers' Meetings is underway in Durban…South Africa, the new chair will lead this 21 nation organization for the next year. The theme this year is - Uniting the Peoples of Africa, Asia, Australasia and the Middle East Through Enhanced Co-operation for Peace, Stability and Sustainable Development".
