The Supreme Court faces another deadline today that could determine the fate of the abortion pill mifepristone. The decision comes amid deep divides over abortion rights across the country. When the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade last year, the idea was to allow states and Congress to sort out the abortion issue through the political process.
