I'm joined today by Adem Tepedelen, beer writer and author of the Brewtal Truth Guide to Extreme Beers (as well as the similarly named column in Decibel Magazine)! Adem was one of my earliest introductions to the notion of writing in an articulate and clever way about beer and metal in tandem. His influence was obvious when BM&B launched eight years ago, and it's still apparent to this day.
