Today, I go to Saboten in the Brentwood Mall Food Court in Burnaby, BC. Saboten is a big tonkatsu chain. It started in Shinjuku, Japan and now has over 500 locations across Asia and, thankfully, also in little ol' Vancouver, BC. They first opened a shop in the Richmond mall food court and have recently opened another location in the new Brentwood food court in Burnaby. This is close to my home in Burnaby so I've been here many times. I get the chicken katsu most often as is a bit healthier (I guess) and tastes great!
