Chicken Kelaguen is a dish you will find at almost all Chamorro gatherings. It can be enjoyed as part of main dish or as a light appetizer. I usually skip the beginning of the buffet line and head straight for this because it wipes out quick!!

Red Rice Spam Musubi is a Chamorro spin on regular Hawaiian style Musubis. This creation is just genius if you ask me. I picked up a few of these from a Chamorro restaurant here in Las Vegas. Info below:
