Essex County Council, in conjunction with Clacton Coastal Academy and the Chelmsford Science and Engineering Society delivered a “Green themed event at Clacton Coastal Academy on 9 November.
The event (Step into STEM: Your renewable future), was attended by year 10 students throughout the day.
The aim of the event was to inform and inspire students of the need for communities and industry to adopt more environmentally friendly practices, decisions and lifestyles to protect future generations
Businesses and Training Providers showcased current and future employment and training opportunities, raising awareness of the benefits of studying STEM subjects.
