Well it was definitely the longest noodle I have ever made! The texture was amazing! Try it on your birthday (or any day really)!
💛Ingredients:
All purpose flour 300g
Room temperature water 160g
💚Steps:
1. Slowly mix in the water in several times, rub the dough into small chunky bits, knead it into a rough dough and let it rest for 15 min.
2. Then knead it really hared for 10 min, let it rest for 30min, when you poke the dough and it doesn't bounce back, it is ready.
3. Cover the dough in oil and roll it out flat, cut it into long stripes.
4. Roll the strips into thickness you want, circle it from the centre of the plate, brush with oil and let it rest for 40-60min.
5. When water is boiling, slightly pull the noodle into the pot.
